Did a 1 mile easy warm up, with light stretching. Then ran an 8 mile run at 7:35 per mile. Followed by stretching, then an eight minute ice bath. Later on, I did a light forty minute weight session. In the evening, I did a tempo run. First I warmed up for 1.5 miles, stretched. The tempo run was a 5k at 6 minute pace. Went a little fast at 5:35 pace, 17:15 5k. 1.5 mile cool down. Felt good on tempo run, it was extremely hot and humid.
